By creating an account, enrolling in P3 Masterclass, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you are a parent or guardian enrolling a minor, your agreement also applies to the information you submit on that minor’s behalf.
This Policy does not apply to information collected offline or through P3’s other recruiting, development, or coaching programs outside of Masterclass, which may be governed by separate agreements.

2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
Create and administer Masterclass accounts and deliver course content;
Personalize lesson recommendations and track a golfer’s course progress;
Process payments, manage billing, subscriptions, and renewals;
Provide instructor/coach feedback on submitted video or performance data;
Send service communications (account, billing, course updates) and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time;
Maintain, secure, and improve the Services, including troubleshooting and analytics;
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not use information submitted by children for targeted or behavioral advertising, and we do not sell personal information (see Section 6 and Section 7).
3. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
P3 Masterclass is designed for junior golfers, including golfers under the age of 13. We are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Parental consent required. Before we knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13, we require verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, typically obtained through the enrolling parent/guardian’s own account registration and payment for the child’s enrollment.
Limited collection. We collect only the information from children reasonably necessary for them to participate in Masterclass (e.g., first name, grade/graduation year, course activity, and optional performance/video submissions), and we do not condition participation on a child disclosing more information than is reasonably necessary.
No behavioral advertising to children. We do not use information collected from children under 13 to serve targeted advertising, and we do not knowingly permit third parties to do so through the Services.
No public sharing of a child’s video, image, or performance data outside the course platform (for example, on social media or in marketing) without separate, verifiable parental consent.
Parental rights. A parent or guardian may at any time:
Review the personal information we have collected from their child;
Request that we delete their child’s personal information;
Refuse to permit further collection or use of their child’s information (which may require discontinuing enrollment); and
Revoke previously given consent.
To exercise any of these rights, a parent or guardian can contact us at info@p3recruits.com. We will take reasonable steps to verify the requester is the child’s parent or guardian before acting on the request.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without the required parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf. This may include, without limitation, payment processing, website and course hosting, video/content storage, customer relationship management and communications tools, scheduling, analytics, and accounting/bookkeeping services. The specific vendors we use in each category may change from time to time as our business needs evolve; regardless of which vendor we use, we authorize these providers to use information only as needed to provide their services to us, and we do not update this Policy every time we change a vendor within a category described here.
P3 coaches and instructors. Internally, with P3 coaches or staff who provide instruction, feedback, or support related to a golfer’s Masterclass participation.
Legal and safety reasons. If required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of P3, our users, or others.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of some or all of P3’s assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
Aggregated or de-identified data. We may share information that has been aggregated or de-identified such that it no longer identifies a specific individual.
With your consent. For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection, with your consent.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Masterclass website and platform may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep users logged in, remember preferences, measure site performance, and understand how the Services are used. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may affect some features of the Services (such as staying logged in). We do not use cookies to serve targeted advertising to known children under 13.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable state privacy laws (such as California’s CCPA/CPRA, Virginia’s VCDPA, Colorado’s CPA, Connecticut’s CTDPA, and similar laws in other states), including the right to:
Know what personal information we have collected about you;
Request a copy of, or access to, that information;
Request correction of inaccurate information;
Request deletion of your personal information;
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising (P3 does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising); and
Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@p3recruits.com. We may need to verify your identity (or, for a minor, your relationship as parent/guardian) before completing a request. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law.
8. International Users
P3 works with junior golfers internationally as part of its recruiting programs. If you access Masterclass from outside the United States, please understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer and processing.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Payment card information is handled directly by our third-party payment processor(s), which maintain their own PCI-compliant security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or platforms (such as social media pages). This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated Policy with a revised “Last Updated” date, and for material changes affecting how we handle children’s information, we will provide additional notice to parents/guardians (such as by email) before the change takes effect.
12. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law where you reside.
