Matt Wells

Matt was a top rated junior golfer in North Carolina, which led to a scholarship to play for the University of Kentucky Men’s Golf Team. During his tenure at UK, he earned NCAA All-American, Academic All-American, State Farm Scholar Athlete of the Year, and Team Captain honors. Matt was part of the first ever University of Kentucky SEC Championship Team in 2005, with multiple top 10 finishes throughout his career.

After graduating UK, Matt embarked into his Medical Device Sales career, where his competitiveness and work ethic from college golf lead to many career awards and success. His passion and love for the game of Golf led him, Coach Craig and fellow UK teammate Mark Blakefield to co-found Premier Player Performance.

Playing collegiate golf is one of the best experiences in Matt’s life, and he wants to help junior golfers all over the world have a great experience as he did.
